The Holy Bible is the infallible, inspired, inerrant Word of the Living God. It is
self-attesting and absolute truth. The 66 books of the Old and New Testaments are a complete and unified witness to God's
redemptive plan being played out through the history of the universe. The Word of God is Jesus Christ and is the final authority
on all matters on which He speaks.
To
believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God is to drink the blood of Jesus Christ. To eat the bread of Christ is to consume
the bread of heaven which is the Word of God. To repent of your sins and to have faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is the way
that leads unto salvation.
We
believe in one God manifested in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the living
Word born of a virgin, lived as a person in the flesh, died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins, rose from the dead,
ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God, the Father. He is our Mediator and High Priest.
We all fall short of the glory of God.
Our sins have separated us from God, so God has set a redemptive plan to reconcile His children unto Himself.
Our salvation is the complete work of God
freely given to us through His grace. He has credited righteousness to those that have put their faith in His Son, Jesus Christ,
and blots out our sins forever justifying only those that believe in Jesus Christ and receive the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit has come to glorify God,
to convict us of sin, and to bring us to the Savior, our Lord Jesus Christ. He lives in us giving us new life and distributes
spiritual gifts to each person in the church. He guides us and has sealed us for the day of redemption.
Jesus Christ will come to earth again to
judge the living and the dead, and to consummate history and the redemptive plan of God.
We are commanded to
proclaim the Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ, to the world to fulfill the Great Commission given by God, Himself, in
the Word. The fruit of a true Believer in Christ are as follows:
- To believe in Jesus Christ as our Lord
and Savior is a manifestation of the work of the Holy Spirit in us.
- To get to know Jesus Christ thru the reading of Word of
God shows where our heart is.
- To pray to God brings about a personal relationship with our Lord indicating our true love for
God.
- To
repent of our sins makes us conscious of sin and provides guidance to what God expects from us.
- To share the Good News of Christ is
a manifestation of our desire to serve God.
