(I) Interviewer- "Do you believe that the information evolved?"

    (B) Molecular Biologist- " Nobody I know in my profession believes it evolved. It was engineered by 'genius beyond genius,' and such information could not have been written any other way. The paper and ink did not write the book! Knowing what we know, it is ridiculous to think otherwise."

    (I)- "Have you ever stated that in a public lecture, or in any public writings?"

    (B)- "No I just say it evolved. To be a molecular biologist requires one to hold to two insanities at all times. One, it would be insane to believe in evolution when you can see the truth for yourself. Two, it would be insane to say you don't believe in evolution. All government work, research grants, papers, big college lectures--everything would stop. I'd be out of a job, or relegated to the outer fringes where I couldn't earn a decent living."

    (I)- "I hate to say it, but that sounds intellectually dishonest."

    (B)- " The work I do in genetic research is honorable. We will find the cures to many of mankind's worst diseases. But in the meantime, we have to live with the 'elephant in the living room'."

    (I)- "What elephant?"

    (B)- Creation design. It's like an elephant in the living room. It moves around, takes up enormous amount of space, loudly trumpets, bumps into us, knocks things over, eats a ton of hay, and smells like an elephant. And yet we have swear it isn't there!" [End of quote]

Time would not allow for such a long listing of all members of the science community with impressive credentials who reject the religion of evolution. Here are only a few;

Sir Fred Hoyle of Cambridge University, astronomer, cosmologist, and mathematician, said, "The likelihood of the spontaneous formation of life from inanimate matter is one to a number with 40,000 noughts after it. ... It is big enough to bury Darwin and the whole theory of evolution. ... and if the beginnings of life were not random, they must therefore have been the product of purposeful intelligence." [End of quote]

Wolfgang Smith, Ph.D., physicist and mathematician, stated, " A growing number of respectable scientists are defecting from the evolutionist's camp...moreover, for the most parts these 'experts' have abandoned Darwinism, not on the basis of religious faith or Biblical persuasions, but on strictly scientific grounds and in some instances, regretfully."

Michael Denton, molecular biologist, asked, "Is it really credible that random processes could have constructed a reality, the smallest element of which--a functional protein or gene--is complex beyond . . .anything produced by the intelligence of man?"

 Gary Parker, Ph.D., biologist, paleontologist, and former Evolutionist; "Fossils are a great embarrassment to evolutionary theory and offer strong support for the concept of Creation."

Ludwig von Bertalanffy, biologist states, "The fact that a theory so vague, so insufficiently verifiable, and so far from the criteria otherwise applied in 'hard' science has become a dogma can only be explained on sociological grounds."

Famed mathematician I. L. Cohen, author of "Darwin Was Wrong - A Study In Probabilities," said, " At that moment, when the RNA/DNA system became understood, the debate between evolutionists and creationists should have come to a screeching halt."

And this following quote taken from a speech given by Dr. Colin Patterson, Senior Paleontologist, British Museum of Natural History, London; "Question is: Can you tell me anything you KNOW about evolution? Any one thing? Any one thing that is true?

I tried that question on the geology staff at the Field Museum of Natural History and the only answer I got was silence. I tried it on the members of the Evolutionary Morphology Seminar in the University of Chicago, a very prestigious body of Evolutionists, and all I got there was silence for a long time, and eventually one person said, "I do know one thing--it ought NOT to be taught in high school." Evolutionists say that mutations cause evolution. But, all mutations ever observed resulted in damage to the DNA or loss of genetic information. The "observed" incidents of evolution in nature, which are pointed out by evolutionists, are always examples of natural selection or variation within a kind. The Word of God states this form of variation several times in the book of Genesis (See Genesis 1) . For instance, dogs are bred for variety of characteristics such as size. You can have a chihuahua or a saint bernard. They are both dogs and they can be bred together if one chose to. They are all from the same kind. They are still dogs! You cannot breed a dog and a bear. They are from a different kind or species. This form of macro-evolution that evolutionists propose has NEVER been observed! To jump from a variation within a kind to mutations actually causing species to change to another kind is ludicrous.

Dr. Jonathan Sarfati has written three books on the subject of Biblical creation versus the evolutionary theory. In his book, "Refuting Evolution 2", he stated, "None of the alleged proofs of 'evolution in action' provide a single example of functional new information being added to genes. Rather, they all involve sorting and the loss of information. The origin of information . . .has effectively destroyed the last underpinnings of evolution."

Lee Strobel, in his book, "The Case for a Creator," a New York Times bestseller, weighs in on the matter of information, quoting Dr. Meyers, whom he referenced earlier from a different source: "Information is the hallmark of mind. And purely from the evidence of genetics and biology, we can infer the existence of a mind that's far greater than our own-- a conscious, purposeful, rational, intelligent designer who's amazingly creative. There's no getting around it."

Isn't it amazing how easily man will embrace lies like evolution? Man does not want to believe he will be judged by his actions in this life. That would entail existence after this life and a guilty conscience for our actions during this life. The simplest way to block our sense of guilt is to deny a judgement to come. Those that attempt this will say that there is no God. They will simply close their eyes and ears and mumble to themselves there is no elephant until they believe in this fallacy. 

When everything around you continues to beat the drum of the existence of God, you only have one choice left. Is there a God is no longer the question. The question really is who is this God?

To find this out, you have to arrive at two foundational truths. The first is that Jesus Christ is the Lord of Lord's and the only savior of the world to all those who embrace Him. The second truth is that all men have sinned and come short of the glory of God. When a person acts upon these truths by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, repenting of their sins, embracing the Word of God, and building a relationship with Him, that person will escape the coming judgement and find the freedom that comes from opening their eyes and ears and seeing the elephant in the room!
