Alcohol opens the door for sin.
Alcohol, itself, is not
a sin. How it is used, or better yet, what it leads to often times is. The consumption of alcohol inhibits the conscience
and the Holy Spirit from defending the body, mind, and soul. It makes you vulnerable and defenseless against the forces of
evil. Abstaining seems to be the best protective measure.
